Refund & Cancellation Policy – Anuram Foods

At Anuram Foods, we value customer satisfaction and take utmost care to deliver fresh, high-quality products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us at contact@anuramfoods.com with your order details.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a wrong item that you did not order.
  • The product delivered was expired at the time of delivery.

3. Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products opened or partially used.
  • Perishable items beyond the return window of 48 hours.
  • Products without proper proof of damage (photo/video).
