At Anuram Foods, we value customer satisfaction and take utmost care to deliver fresh, high-quality products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, please contact us at contact@anuramfoods.com with your order details.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong item that you did not order.
- The product delivered was expired at the time of delivery.
π In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
3. Refunds
- If your return request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 7β10 working days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products opened or partially used.
- Perishable items beyond the return window of 48 hours.
- Products without proper proof of damage (photo/video).
