- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious transactions.
4. Payments
- We accept payments via secure gateways such as Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and COD (where available).
- For online payments, we do not store your complete card or banking details.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 day after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier, and product availability.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We ensure high-quality packing for all our products.
- Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7 working days to your original payment method.
- For refund/return requests, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
